Set your goals high and push your boundaries. Challenges could be physical and involve an activity that takes you out of your comfort zone or something simpler. Challenges can be completed on an individual or team basis.

They could include:

  • Running
  • Climbing
  • Abseiling
  • Sky diving
  • Cycling
  • Endurance tasks
  • Hold and enter a talent competition
  • Spend the day on roller skates
