Frank Noel, Managing Director of Moore Finance and Secretary of the Moore Foundation charitable trust, has taken on a challenge of a lifetime. His aim is to lose 3 stone in weight by the 27th of September 2014, with a goal of raising £3000 for the Foundation.
Working with Warrington based personal trainer Mike Wood from Mike and Yuliya Fitness, Frank is determined to shed the pounds and trim up for the many beneficiaries that the charity supports. Frank says, “I’m really looking forward to this next stage in my life, where I can take control of my eating and exercise whilst helping to raise money for a great cause. It’s going to be a real challenge and I’m sure I will be pushed to my limits but the rewards will outweigh the pain!”
The plan involves training five days a week – three times with Mike and then Frank will spur himself on twice a week with cardio exercise. Frank will have a weigh in every Monday to ensure that he is on track to achieve his goal and will follow a nutritional plan written by Mike that details his recommended daily calorie intake and a meal plan.
Warrington Wolves have also got in on the act and have shown their support by donating some training kit to help get Frank started.
